FairyGift.gr, supporting E-Commerce, gives you the possibility, through the completeness of the descriptions posted on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products it has from your computer screen quickly and easily. And the company is willing to inform the customer of any question regarding the nature and operation of the products by providing additional information material by electronic or other means. In any case, the terms and conditions for returning defective or non-defective products are detailed below.

Order Cancellation - Refund

In case of cancellation of the order due to the fault of the company FairyGift.gr due to the unavailability of each product, the refund will be made in the full amount paid and the costs of transferring the money will be borne entirely by FairyGift.gr

In case of cancellation of the order due to the fault of the customer and since it has not been shipped, the refund will be made in the full amount, deducting only the shipping costs, if any, and the costs of transferring the money to the customer are borne entirely by the customer.

In the case of a refund, any interbank charges applied during the transfer of the money are borne solely by the customer.

Returns due to wrongly delivered products

FairyGift.gr will resend the order if it is noticed that the product delivered is different from the product ordered.

The products will only be re-shipped if the incorrect products have been received by our company.

In this particular case, FairyGift.gr assumes all shipping costs to and from the customer.

In the event that the wrong products are returned damaged - worn - incomplete, you will not be sent the correct products if the amount of money for the value of the damaged - worn - incomplete products is not completed.

In case of cancellation of the order, the amount of the value of the damaged product will be deducted from the amount of the total value of the purchase.

In the case of the cash payment the cost of the service is not refundable .

Returns due to product damage

In the event that the products as well as the packaging are damaged due to the fault of the carrier cooperating with FairyGift, the products are replaced with new ones or in case of unavailability of the product with other products of the same type and price.

The shipping charge for the return of damaged products - packaging is charged to our company only if the return is made within 10 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order.

In the event that the product is returned within more than 10 calendar days of its receipt, the charge will be borne exclusively by the customer.

Otherwise, if the customer does not want a replacement, the original purchase will be refunded, which will be done in the same way as the original payment was made.

In particular, in the event of a charge via credit card, FairyGift.gr will be obliged to inform the issuing bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then carry out any act provided for on the basis of the contract it has drawn up with the customer, without the relative responsibility of FairyGift.gr.

FairyGift.gr, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. In the case of cash payment, it will be done by returning his money to him, from our physical store. In case of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the account of FairyGift.gr to the customer. In case of payment via PayPal , the amount of money will be transferred to the customer's account.

In the case of cash on delivery, the cost of the service is not refunded .

Returns - Exchanges of Non-defective or Non-damaged products

Return or exchange of a product that is not due to our error or product defect is made within 10 calendar days from the day of receipt by the customer and only if the product is in excellent condition, intact in its original packaging. In this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer. After 10 calendar days returns will NOT be accepted.

All products are returned or exchanged, except for teething products and food sets (due to the nature of the products and for the reason of protection against the transmission of diseases - germs).

During packaging, all products are checked for defects and placed in the package by a person wearing disposable rubber gloves.

In the event that you wish to return or exchange the respective product for another, the return costs as well as the costs of the new shipment are borne by you.

In the event that the order also contains a wooden GiftBox packaging box, the amount corresponding to the box and any prints thereof, is NOT refundable.

In the case of a refund, any interbank charges applied during the transfer of the money are borne by the customer alone.

In the case of cash on delivery, the cost of the service is not refunded .
